Sweep

Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026

Sweep ("Sweep", "we", "us") operates the Sweep website, its subdomains, the smart contracts reachable from it and the tools built around them (together, the "Services"). Sweep is a launchpad for strategy tokens: autonomous on-chain machines that take a fee on every trade, buy the floor of a collection with it, relist what they bought, and use the proceeds to buy back and burn their own token.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Sweep. Read them before you connect a wallet. They limit some of your rights, including the right to bring a claim in court and to take part in a class action. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.

1. This is an agreement

These terms govern your use of the website, your interaction with the smart contracts through the website or directly on the chain, and any tool, API or feature Sweep provides. You accept them every time you open the site, connect a wallet or sign a transaction from it. "You" means you, the person or entity, and every wallet you act from.

The documentation published by Sweep describes how a strategy works and is part of these terms. Where the documentation and these terms disagree with the deployed contract code, the code prevails, then these terms.

2. Your wallet is yours

Your wallet address is your identity on Sweep. You alone hold its keys and seed phrase, and every action taken from it counts as yours, whether you authorised it or not. Sweep cannot open your wallet, recover a lost key or reverse a transaction sent from your address. If you suspect your wallet is compromised, stop using the Services and secure it.

3. Who may use the Services

You must be of legal age where you live and at least thirteen years old. Under eighteen, you may only use the Services through a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. If you act for a company, a DAO, a protocol or any other entity, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms and sign transactions on its behalf.

You may not use the Services if you are, or act for, a person or entity under sanctions, or if you are in a jurisdiction where using them is unlawful. You are responsible for knowing and following the tax, securities and anti-money-laundering rules that apply to you. Nothing on Sweep, including its social accounts, is legal, tax or investment advice.

4. The contracts are non-custodial

Sweep never holds your assets, your keys or the assets a strategy buys. Once a strategy is deployed, nobody at Sweep controls it: it runs on its code, on Robinhood Chain, and its parameters belong to whoever deployed it. Sweep does not execute, match, route or settle trades; every transaction happens on the chain between you and the contract, from your wallet, and is final the moment it is confirmed.

Sweep is not an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter or a fiduciary. The website is one way to reach the contracts, not the only one: you can use every contract without it.

5. What a strategy does with your trade

A strategy is born trading on its own bonding curve, not yet on the machine described below. Every trade there pays a fee shown on its page before you sign; the curve's own reserve sets the price, which rises as more is bought. Once enough real value has traded through it, the strategy graduates: its curve seeds a public pool at the price the curve closed at, and only from that point does the rest of this section apply.

From graduation on, every trade on a strategy token pays a fee, set when that strategy launches and shown on its page before you sign. Most of the fee funds the strategy's treasury, which buys the floor of its collection; a share may go to the collection's own rights holder; a share buys back and burns the strategy's token. The treasury relists what it bought at a multiple of what it paid, set at launch, and that sale buys back and burns the strategy token again.

By trading, deploying or otherwise interacting with a strategy, you consent to this loop and to everything the contract does as a result: transfers, listings, purchases, sales, burns, fee payments and any other action its code allows, whoever triggers it. A strategy token is fed by the asset its treasury buys, never backed by it: no redemption, no claim on the inventory, no NAV.

6. The technology is experimental

The Services run on Robinhood Chain and on contracts that Sweep does not control, including the network and the marketplaces a strategy buys and sells on. These systems can fail, be exploited, be congested, be forked or be regulated in ways nobody can foresee. Transactions can stall, fail or be front-run. Gas is set by the network. Sweep does not promise that the Services will be available, error-free, compatible with any other contract, or produce any return.

A strategy can stop. A machine whose token nobody trades collects no fee, fills no treasury and never buys again. The website shows this state before you buy. Buying the token of a stalled machine is your decision.

7. No affiliation with the collections

Sweep is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any collection, token, creator, marketplace or rights holder a strategy targets. Names, tickers, artwork and collection references on the site are chosen by the users who deploy strategies and are shown for description only. Sweep does not review them and takes no responsibility for what they may infringe. If you hold rights in something a strategy references, write to legal@sweep.family.

8. Everyone acts for themselves

Deployers, traders, holders and everyone else using the Services act independently. Using Sweep creates no partnership, joint venture, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and Sweep, or between you and any other user. Whoever deploys a strategy is alone responsible for it. Sweep does not audit, endorse or guarantee any strategy, and makes no promise about any token's price, liquidity or listing anywhere.

9. What you may not do

You may not use the Services to break the law, to launder money, to manipulate a market, to trade on inside information, to attack the site or the contracts, to scrape or overload the site, to impersonate Sweep or anyone else, or to deploy a strategy whose name or artwork you have no right to use. Sweep may restrict the website's access to any address, at any time, without affecting the contracts themselves.

10. Ownership and licence

The website, its design, its text and its code belong to Sweep or its licensors, except the open-source parts, which carry their own licences. Sweep grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the website as these terms allow. Anything you send to Sweep as feedback may be used freely and without compensation.

11. No warranty

The Services are provided as they are and as they are available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, title or non-infringement. Sweep does not warrant that the Services, any strategy or any contract is accurate, secure, uninterrupted or free of errors, and disclaims all liability for their operation.

12. Limits of liability and indemnity

To the extent the law allows, Sweep and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for anything a strategy, a contract, a network or another user does. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at one hundred US dollars. You will indemnify Sweep against any claim arising from your use of the Services, your strategies or your breach of these terms.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court and not as part of a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to legal@sweep.family within thirty days of first accepting these terms.

14. Changes and contact

Sweep may change these terms; the date at the top says when. Using the Services after a change means you accept it. If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stands. Questions go to legal@sweep.family.
